Since November 2021, Konstantinos has served as a Volunteer Manager for the Municipality of Megara. In this role, he has designed and implemented reading programs for children aged 5 to 11, tailoring activities to diverse age groups and literacy levels. His efforts have included organizing special events such as author visits, reading contests, and holiday-themed sessions. Through collaboration with local schools and libraries, he has ensured that program materials align with educational standards, fostering a love of reading within the community. These initiatives have consistently drawn active participation, with an average attendance of 20–30 children per event.

Currently, Konstantinos works voluntarily as a third-party contractor for training courses at the Herakleidon Museum. In this capacity, he contributes to the development and delivery of educational content, furthering his commitment to making art and history accessible to diverse audiences.

He has also contributed to cultural discourse through his writing. From November 2017 to July 2018, he worked as an opinion columnist for Addictive.gr, where his thought-provoking content resonated with readers and contributed to increased website traffic. In addition to his professional work, he published his first poetry collection, Ερωτορική, in 2018 at the age of 18, showcasing his creativity and dedication to literary arts.

He has participated in several international ERASMUS+ youth exchange programs, exploring topics such as communication bridges, cultural heritage, and environmental transformation. These experiences have broadened his perspective and strengthened his ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Fluent in Greek and English (C2 level), Konstantinos is skilled in program development, public speaking, and event coordination. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, he leverages technology effectively in his work. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is an active tennis competitor and a passionate theater enthusiast with experience in acting, directing, and translating plays. As a volunteer tour guide for archaeological sites, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and love for cultural history with others.
